On November 2, 2024, Med Coalition’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer had the honor of attending the Sonar Bangla Foundation’s (SBF) Los Angeles Annual Fundraising Event in North Hollywood. This incredible evening brought together community leaders, healthcare advocates, and supporters to raise funds for vital healthcare initiatives benefiting kidney patients in Bangladesh.

As an organization dedicated to improving healthcare access, Med Coalition was proud to stand in solidarity with SBF’s mission of providing critical medical treatment to underserved populations. Our team engaged with fellow nonprofit leaders, donors, and healthcare professionals, exchanging ideas on sustainable healthcare solutions.

Med Coalition’s CEO, Mafruha Esha, took the stage to share a statement about the resilience of Bangladesh, the urgent need for medical support, and Med Coalition’s ongoing efforts to bridge healthcare gaps both locally and abroad. She highlighted our work in providing medicine, financial aid, and education to underserved communities and emphasized the importance of collective action in creating sustainable change.
